We assist clients in the Pacific Northwest, including Whatcom, Skagit, Island and Snohomish counties. Services include property acquisition, sales and leasing (which we handle through RE/MAX Whatcom County, Inc.), facility management, and capital improvement project management.

We also serve state and local stakeholders and General Contractors in the Puget Sound Area, handling business administration, public relations projects and grant writing. This work includes an understanding of clean energy initiatives at the national and state level, as well as carbon reduction policies which impact property ownership. Our grant writing activities allow us to help local and state entities win needed funding to reduce operating costs and lower their carbon footprint - a national and state mandate.

In-person services are available at two locations: the RE/MAX Whatcom County Inc. offices location at 913 Lakeway Drive, or at our accounting partner's offices located at 1017-1019 Iowa Street in Bellingham, Washington.
